JFrog, the Israeli-founded company behind a platform for managing, securing and distributing software, reported especially strong third-quarter 2026 results last night. Revenue reached $179.2 million, up 31% year over year, and cloud revenue jumped 60% to $101.5 million. Cloud now makes up more than half of the company's revenue.

'Third-quarter results exceeded the top end of our guidance range across every key metric,' the CEO said. JFrog raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $680–682 million, growth of about 28%, and lifted its cloud growth outlook to 52%–54%. Reports put the midpoint of fourth-quarter guidance at about $184 million.

Investors cheered: according to reports, the stock jumped about 22% in after-hours trading. That stands out on a day Wall Street had one of its worst sessions of the year, with a sharp fall in chip and AI stocks.

Why does JFrog benefit from the AI wave? Its platform lets companies manage all the 'parts' software is built from: code libraries, binaries, containers and, over the past year, AI models. The more code companies write with AI agents and the more models they build into products, the greater the need to manage and secure the software supply chain. That is JFrog's field; the company was founded in 2008 and employs much of its development staff in Israel.
