Nova, which develops metrology and process-control systems for chip manufacturing in Rehovot, today reported record third-quarter 2026 revenue of $287.8 million, up 28% year over year. That is just above the top of the $277–287 million range the company gave in August.

GAAP net income was about $90 million, or $2.64 per share; adjusted EPS was $2.86, nine cents above analyst estimates. Advanced packaging revenue also hit a record, according to reports, driven by capacity expansions in HBM memory and advanced logic, both central to AI servers.

For the fourth quarter Nova expects revenue of $305–315 million, slightly above consensus. If it delivers, it will be the first quarter in the company's history above $300 million.

The report comes a day after Camtek of Migdal HaEmek also posted a record quarter. Both Israeli, Nasdaq-listed companies ride the same wave: chipmakers are spending heavily on AI production lines, and every line needs inspection and metrology tools.
