CrowdStrike in advanced talks to buy Israeli startup Orion for about $500 million
Orion, which protects sensitive corporate data with AI, has raised about $38 million to date. It would be another Israeli acquisition by the cybersecurity giant, after Seraphic, Adaptive Shield and Flow.
