After Check Point and Tower, which published results yesterday, the week continues with more Israeli tech companies. Camtek, which develops chip inspection and metrology systems, reports tomorrow (Wednesday). Nova reports on Thursday, November 5, before the Nasdaq open, with a conference call at 8:30 a.m. New York time.

Nova: guidance for a record quarter

Nova, which develops metrology systems for chip manufacturing and is based in Rehovot, guided to third-quarter revenue of $277 million to $287 million and adjusted earnings of $2.70 to $2.85 per share. For comparison, Nova's second-quarter revenue was about $255 million. The company benefits from the shift to advanced chips and demand for HBM memory for AI.

Camtek: we already know it's a record

Camtek has already pre-announced record third-quarter revenue above its guidance, along with record fourth-quarter guidance and an initial 2027 outlook. Tomorrow we'll see the full numbers. And next week, on November 12, Cellebrite reports; it develops phone unlocking and forensics tools for law enforcement.

The big picture

This week's results illustrate the split in Israeli tech: chip and equipment companies, Tower, Nova and Camtek, benefit from the AI investment wave and post records, while software companies such as Check Point struggle to grow. We will update when results are out.
