Mobileye, the Israeli autonomous driving technology company controlled by Intel, will publish its financial results for the third quarter of 2026 tomorrow (Thursday), before the Wall Street open. The investor call will be at 8:00 a.m. New York time, 3:00 p.m. in Israel.

What happened last quarter

In the second quarter Mobileye's revenue was about $508 million, nearly unchanged from a year earlier. The company reported a GAAP loss of 3 cents per share and adjusted earnings of 19 cents per share. At the same time, it narrowed its annual revenue forecast to $1.97 billion to $2.02 billion.

The first quarter was better in terms of growth, with revenue of $558 million, up 27%, but it included a one-time goodwill impairment of about $3.8 billion, which led to a large GAAP loss. The impairment did not affect the company's cash, but reflected a lower valuation of the business.

What to watch tomorrow

Investors will look first at whether the company is meeting its annual forecast, and whether there are signs of a return to growth after a weak quarter. Beyond the numbers, it will be important to hear updates on autonomous driving projects, on orders from carmakers for the next generation of driver-assistance systems, and on the global car market, which remains under pressure.

Why it matters

Mobileye is one of the largest technology companies to grow out of Israel and employs thousands of people in the country. Its results are also a gauge of the automotive chip market and of how fast carmakers adopt autonomous driving technologies. We will update here tomorrow when the results are published.
